Attendees will walk away with actionable tools to create sustainable self-care habits and prevent burnout while staying fully engaged in their work.

    Presenter: Onnie Michalsky, LCPC

Onnie Michalsky, LCPC, is a licensed therapist, podcaster, speaker, and recovering supermom of six. As the founder of Moms Without Capes and MT Therapy for Moms, she is dedicated to helping women reclaim their sense of self within motherhood.

For years, Onnie poured every ounce of herself into those around her until the weight of an ever-growing mental load, deepening resentment, and feelings of inadequacy took a toll on her well-being. Her self-esteem plummeted, and burnout became inevitable. That's when she made a radical shift, choosing to put herself back on her own to-do list. Through intentional self-care and firm boundaries around her time, energy, and resources, everything changed. Today, Onnie is here to share her journey and equip you with actionable strategies to protect yourself from compassion fatigue so you can continue serving others without losing yourself in the process.
